Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

We understand that your purchase from ourselves might be a gift for that special someone, so we would be happy to offer a gift wrapping service to our online customers. We also have different occasion stickers, so if you specify what occasion it is for we can add that extra touch to personalise your gift further.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit or credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

How do I find out my ring size?

The best method for this is to come and see us in-store for a fitting/measurement. We use standard British A-Z lettering for our ring sizes.

Do we buy Jewellery?

No, we are only a new jewellery retailer. We highly recommend using a reputable pre-owned jewellers, auction house or metal scrap dealer if you wish to sell your jewellery.

How long will my repair take?

Most of our repairs can usually be done in a week, however it depends of the complexity of the repair and availability of the metal/stones. We always try our best to give you an accurate guide when you drop it off with us.
